One core feature of REMO is the broadcast function. You can select the group of user (i.e. first_time_engagement) and send them a broadcast message to maintain engagement and nurture interest.

And here, the messages are being delivered to your community member. When they reply, you will receive their messages back in the admin panel. This sets the stage for 1-to-1 chat interactions. And just like that, a beautiful friendship can begin.
